How do program managers and project managers typically collaborate within an organization?

While Project Managers focus on overseeing specific projects, Program Managers are responsible for coordinating multiple related projects to align with broader business goals. Effective collaboration involves regular communication, progress updates, and joint problem-solving to address dependencies or resource constraints. This partnership ensures that projects stay on track and contribute to the overall success of the program. Job seekers can expect to engage in cross-functional meetings and strategic planning sessions as part of this collaborative environment.
