Job description
Responsible for leading programs and cross functional portfolio integration planning across Patient Care Solutions (PCS), setting strategy while remaining directly accountable for the end to end execution of a critical program. Anchors delivery across new product introductions (NPI), platform evolutions, lifecycle management, and manufacturing transitions. Partners closely with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and other cross functional leaders to translate clinical, customer, and business needs into an integrated program and release roadmap. Establishes clear governance, metrics, and operating rhythms to enable transparent tradeoffs, timely decision making, and predictable execution, while sustaining the installed base through quality, reliability, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Principal Program Manager - Anesthesia leads complex integrations and priority programs across the Anesthesia portfolio, driving cross-functional execution to ensure delivery against quality, scope, schedule, and cost commitments while maintaining strong PMO (Program Management Office) governance, portfolio alignment, and predictable outcomes
Key responsibilities include: - Own the integrated program strategy and execution roadmap, lead tradeoff decisions across scope, timing, dependencies, risk, and resources.

- Partner with Product Management and Clinical teams to translate customer workflows, clinical needs, and product strategy into executable hardware and system program priorities.
- Work closely with Systems Engineering to ensure requirements definition, risk management, verification/validation, and system integration are planned and executed effectively.
- Develop sufficient understanding of product architecture, system behavior, and integration points to challenge assumptions, manage technical risk, and drive informed decisions.
- Support lifecycle and installed-base programs, including cost, reliability, obsolescence, and regulatory sustainment initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment while strengthening program management and execution capability across the organization.
