About the Role

As a Debit Program Manager Sr. Lead, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for large-scale, complex programs that drive business transformation and client success. You will manage the full program lifecycle, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives while mitigating risk and optimizing delivery outcomes. Success in this role depends on strong executive communication, trusted client partnerships, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Your expertise in financial technology and debit domain operations will help guide critical initiatives, migrations, and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead large-scale programs from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery against strategic objectives
  • Establish and execute program plans, governance structures, and operational frameworks to achieve business outcomes
  • Drive executive-level stakeholder engagement and maintain alignment across business, technology, operations, and client teams
  • Provide senior-level oversight of program execution, managing risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation paths
  • Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, scalability, and operational effectiveness
  • Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business decisions
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships throughout program execution, migration activities, and post-implementation support
  • Ensure adherence to delivery commitments, budget controls, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards
  • Champion best practices in program management, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor teams and drive collaboration, innovation, and accountability across cross-functional organizations

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise leading large, complex programs in financial services or financial technology environments
  • Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies, governance models, and delivery frameworks
  • Strong experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams

The pay range for this full-time position is $125,850.00 - $213,950.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
