Job Summary:

Supports leadership at a Senior Vice President level with administrative functions, including but not limited to: calendar management, minutes, itineraries, travel accommodations, and drafting leader communications. This position has a high degree of interaction and visibility within the organization and may act as a liaison. Creates spreadsheets, reports, presentations, agendas and correspondence. Uses discretion in handling confidential information, reception of guests, screening of calls, and assistance with special projects. Duties may vary by leader.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience is required.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

The ability to multi-task and adapt with time sensitive situations working autonomously with other leaders. Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
