We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting the design, manufacturing, and delivery of advanced naval power and propulsion solutions. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who can balance customer expectations, technical execution, financial performance, and schedule commitments while driving operational excellence across the organization.
What You Will Do
  • Lead the execution of a larg program or multiple small programs from contract award through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, business objectives, and company strategy
  • Manage program scope, cost, schedule, risk, and performance to achieve successful outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, internal leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and business development teams
  • Drive program reviews, status reporting, forecasting, and executive communications
  • Identify and mitigate program risks while proactively resolving issues impacting execution
  • Develop and manage program budgets, resource plans, and financial performance metrics
  • Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and change management activities
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies

Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, defense, aerospace, naval systems, or a related technical industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, costs, schedules, and customer deliverables in a complex environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization
  • Experience working with ERP systems, project management tools, and financial forecasting
  • PMP certification or advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience with DoD or government contracts preferred
