Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile program delivery, Jira-based portfolio coordination, and data-driven reporting and a proven ability to lead complex, multi-team initiatives across time zones to deliver scope on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.

Plan and manage dependencies across multiple Agile teams and programs. Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables. Ensure compliance to standards and provide end-to-end visibility into project and program health.

Drive execution to meet expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost; enable cross-organizational sync points for delivery. Guide intake processes, backlog health, and facilitation of Agile ceremonies. Help teams implement and mature Enterprise Agile standards and practices.

Identify and resolve organizational impediments impacting team maturity and performance. Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution with internal and external stakeholders. Influence and guide business and technology leaders to enable greater agility.

Contribute to governance artifacts and provide regular stakeholder updates. Support resource planning across programs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with Agile tools, particularly Jira, for multi-team coordination.

Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools, including report and dashboard development. Experience with enterprise program and project tools (e.g., PPRT or equivalent). Demonstrated program management capability across multiple projects and time zones.

Preferred Skills: PMP certification. Agile Scrum Master experience leveraging Jira. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for program reporting and executive presentations.

Strong communication and presentation skills with leadership presence. Ability to work independently with initiative and sound problem-solving. Interview Process Video interview.
