HAC, Inc. is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support our Brand, Digital, and Communications team. This role is ideal for someone interested in retail marketing, community engagement, and digital execution within a fast-paced, purpose-driven grocery organization.
As a marketing intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting campaigns that directly impact store traffic, customer engagement, and brand perception across our banners
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in execution of weekly ad campaigns, digital promotions, and in-store signage
  • Support content creation for social media, email, and website updates
  • Help coordinate community events, partnerships, and local store activations
  • Assist with loyalty and digital marketing initiatives (app, CRM, coupons)
  • Conduct competitive research and track local market trends
  • Support reporting on campaign performance (traffic, engagement, redemption)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, store operations, and IT
  • Provide general project support to the marketing team as needed
