Job Title: Program Manager Level 3
Location(s): Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Hours: Regular Full-Time
Salary Range: $225k - $250k/yr

This position requires a current and active TS/SCI with Poly at the time of application.
What you will be doing:
We're seeking a senior cleared Program Manager to lead a mission critical contract providing secure boundary solutions across the Intelligence Community (IC). This program strengthens the security of classified and unclassified networks by designing, deploying, and sustaining scalable, resilient IT boundary processes and solutions.
In this role, you'll own cost, schedule, and performance for a complex contract delivering full life cycle sustainment for analytic systems, including:
  • Secure boundary and mission assurance support across IC partnersSec
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, 24x7 operations, and crisis response
  • Operations & Maintenance of analytic services and capabilities
  • Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRCs), end of life decommissioning
  • Call in support to extended enterprises and coordination with development, deployment, and software distribution teams

Position Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
  • Ideal candidates bring:
    • 15+ years as a Program or Project Manager managing large, complex IC/DoW programs of similar scope and scale
    • Proven success managing multi task, multi vendor, and subcontracted environments
    • Deep experience with EVM, FAR/DFARS, and multi vendor environments
    • Active TS/SCI with Poly (required)

Education/Certifications:
  • Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management.
