Clearance Requirements: Â Top Secret Security Clearance with Polygraph (TS/SCI + poly)
QualificationsRequired Skills:
- 5 years of experience in TechSIGINT / SIGINT operations providing Subject Matter Expertise.
- 5 years' experience in a formal classroom setting in the following operations related topics:
- Curriculum Development
- Course Delivery/Instruction
- Operational TechSIGINTÂ
- Ability to apply adult learning principles, theories, and practices using blended learning approach
- Ability to facilitate discussion
- Ability to incorporate real-world experiences into the learning environment
Desired Skills:
- Instructor certification or designation (e.g. teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, or adjunct faculty certification)
- 5 years of experience in curriculum development and design
- 5 years of experience providing TechSIGINT and/or SIGINT training to professionals
Degree: Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study; in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of experience
Clearance: Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
