Job description

About the Role:

We have a current opening for a Warehouse Supervisor (Continental Night Shift) and are actively reviewing applications.

The Warehouse Supervisor will direct and manage the week to week/month to month efforts of the Warehouse employees to ensure the efficient management and supply of materials in order to guarantee the necessary resources for the execution of the production schedule.  In this role, we are looking for someone ready to enforce and promote all company guidelines, policies and good manufacturing practices pertaining to all facets of the business, not limited to, and including food safety and health & safety.

HOURS OF WORK:
7p-7a Continental Shift

Main Responsibilities:

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
•    Direct and coordinate incoming materials and out-bound product to customers
•    Maintain information and ensure the accuracy of inventory levels within all warehouse areas and to ensure proper documentation.
•    Ensure on time deliveries are maintained
•    Ensure effective cross communication between shifts.
•    Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.
•    Maintain a clean, neat and tidy work area.
•    Ensure all warehouse policies and procedures are followed.
•    Ensure inspection and regular review of Shipping & Receiving logs
•    Ensure monitoring of SQCDME KPIs and timely attention to deviations from expected results
•    Management of employee vacations and hours of work for payroll. 
•    Lead and participate in Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) activities.

GUARANTEE HYGIENE AND SAFETY 
•    Responsible for the hygiene and sanitation compliance of the Warehouse area;
•    Guarantee compliance with health & safety regulations not limited to and including the assigned area;
•    Accurate health & safety incident/accident reporting
•    Work with employees to achieve zero safety infractions/accidents
•    Responsible for working within guidelines of all applicable aspects of food safety program

About You:

•    Demonstrated leadership experience 
•    Previous experience in a Warehouse environment is an asset
•    Strong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment
•    Ability to manage Warehouse employees in a proactive and positive manner and coach and motivate the team throughout the employee lifecycle
•    Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast paced and demanding work environment
•    Ability to schedule own tasks and handle all facets of assigned projects independently and with minimal supervision
•    Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
•    Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth problem solving
•    Knowledge of computer systems (i.e. Word, Excel, SAP).

The base compensation range for this position is $64,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.​ 

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
