Job Summary:
Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is looking for a Program/Project Manager I. The role involves directing the planning and management of projects, ensuring overall success, and serving as a liaison to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Ensures goals and standards are successfully implemented.
โ€ข Crafts and enforces quality control programs.
โ€ข May oversee the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers, and planning the project release.
โ€ข Manages a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
โ€ข Provides on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
โ€ข Manages all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
โ€ข Manages the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings.
โ€ข Provides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.
โ€ข Manages ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
โ€ข Manages all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.

Required:
โ€ข Must have at least 7 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise.
โ€ข Ability to simultaneously manage, coordinate and pursue multiple, complex projects and activities.
โ€ข Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.
โ€ข Must be able to demonstrate the functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
โ€ข Must be able to establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
โ€ข Must be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
โ€ข Must have proven success in providing on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
โ€ข Must be able to coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team.
โ€ข Must have advanced knowledge of business operations and project management.
โ€ข Must be committed to the project and participate in the team meetings.
โ€ข Have advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects.
โ€ข Excellent recordkeeping, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
