Nordic is looking for a Digital Program Manager who can help shape the future of digital transformation. This position will extend our expertise through digital to consumers, patients and providers to improve their health journey by providing expertise in digital strategy, digital transformation and program management. This role will provide critical best practices for moving from a traditional operating model to an agile, Product Delivery operating model.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in product management, strategy, and digital transformation Best Practices.

  • Provide guidance for moving multiple stakeholder teams toward an Agile Product methodology business model.

  • Provide advice as needed on portfolio & project intake, prioritization, organizational design, team/role changes, business rhythms changes, meeting cadence changes, etc.

  • Assist in executing a digital roadmap by removing blockers and supporting strategic initiatives.

  • Assess efficacy of current programs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.

  • Solve ambiguous problems, drive escalation and issue resolution, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks that impede progress.

  • Determine resource gaps and work with leadership to address gaps.

  • Collaborate and liaise with senior management, IT, operations, subject matter experts, UX, other product teams, external partners, and business development partners as needed as the company transforms to an agile Product Delivery Operating Model.

  • Ensure business and technical stakeholder needs are aligned by driving productive discussions that surface conflicts of interest and that lead to clear decisions and paths forward.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare technology and EHR system experience

  • 15+ years Program Management, Digital Transformation, Vision and Strategy development.

  • Deep knowledge of Content/Product/Search management systems, digital maintenance and operations processes, knowledge management systems, search, mobile, personalization engines, data modeling and master file management, workflow modeling, business process re-engineering, digital asset management, vendor negotiations, relationship management.

  • Knowledge and a passion for emerging technologies and how they empower businesses to deliver great products.

  • Proven ability to innovate and come up with ideas to help drive progress forward.

  • Proven strategic thinking and ability to dive deeply into specific functional areas and learn what's necessary to succeed.

  • Ability to lead change and adapt quickly to changing business landscape.

  • Ability to assume ownership in an atmosphere of ambiguity, act on own initiative, and be proactive.

  • Ability to build relationships & foster partnerships across multiple disciplines.

  • Strong team management, leadership, and coaching skills.

  • Experience in financial services, retail or healthcare a plus, but more important is the ability to learn fast, ask questions, and solve problems.
