Siouxland Community Health Center has one full-time opening forMOUD Program Manager

1 – Full-Time

Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:

  • Education: Registered Nurse required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Experience: Active RN license in the State of Iowa required. Experience in case management, care coordination, or public health nursing preferred, experience working with individuals with substance use disorder complex health needs, or behavioral health conditions strongly preferred.

Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:

  • Coordinate MOUD services, manage high-risk patients, support medication safety, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide oversight of clinical operations, ensure compliance with grant requirements, manage partnerships, and coordinate supervision of staff delivering OUD services.
  • These functions are not all inclusive
