You will drive impact as a selfmotivated, proactive, resultsoriented Client Relationship Manager with JPMorganChase Healthcare Payments, where you'll consult directly with leading U.S. provider organizations to strengthen relationships, elevate scorecard performance, and directly influence revenue retention and growth.

As a Client Relationship Manager in Healthcare Payments, you are self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, and you thrive in an open, professional, teamoriented environment. In this role with JPMorganChase Healthcare Payments, you will directly influence revenue retention and revenue growth. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will support some of the largest provider organizations in the United States through regular, direct customer engagement. As an individual contributor, you will guide clients with a consultative approach to help them achieve their revenue and scorecard goals.

Job responsibilities

  • Support Business Development activities which contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue plan
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of JP Morgan Healthcare Payments solutions, products and processes
  • Work with Team to Identify opportunities to upsell customers additional Healthcare Payment solutions
  • Represent the team in client meetings
  • Help clients prioritize projects to best meet goals
  • Serve as an escalation point for any service issues from client: manage the escalation activities and is meticulously organized
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Healthcare Payments Business Development, Professional Services and Customer Service in support of your customers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities relevant to the position

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing sales position 
  • Excellent people skills and ability navigate hard conversations with clients
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand JP Morgan's solution suite and articulate our value proposition
  • Sound judgment in compliance, setting customer expectations, and managing sensitive customer situations and data
  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-ups

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Healthcare technology experience preferred
