You'll: Help design land and site development projects while gradually taking on more responsibility Perform engineering calculations that directly impact design decisions Assist in creating site plans, reports, and permit applications Use tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydrologic modeling software to tackle challenges in grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater Partner with drafters to bring concepts to life through detailed plans and drawings Research codes, regulations, and design approachesโ€”and clearly communicate your findings Support project managers with coordination, scheduling, and project tracking Collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute your ideas in a team environment Grow into ownership of design tasks as your confidence and skills develop What We're Looking For Education & Early Career Background Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Open to recent grads and candidates with 0โ€“3 years of experience Internship or academic exposure to land/site development is a plus (but not required!)
