The position exists to implement approved operational designs, staffing models, and workflow processes to ensure efficient service delivery across clinic locations. Accountable for execution of established priorities, staff performance, operational system integrity, and escalation of strategic or structural matters to leadership

To demonstrate commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations Minimum and Additional Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and practice standards.- Knowledge of ambulatory workflows and clinical operations workflows.- Maintain a high level of confidentiality- Effective written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to problem-solve collaboratively with program leadership.- Required to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications- Epic systems experience.- Experience in clinic scheduling, capacity management across multiple providers, staffing roles and locations, and template optimization within Epic and ambulatory clinical settings.
