Responsibilities

    • Handle all phases of the case from initial intake, arraignment, preโ€‘trial motions, hearings, and trials through resolution or appeal.
    • Develop and execute customized legal strategies that prioritize the clientโ€™s best future.

    • Conduct thorough legal research, depositions, and witness preparation.
    • Draft and file persuasive motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.
