Position Summary

The Content & Brand Ambassador Coordinator will lead content creation and brand storytelling across all Diamond Care Group locations. This individual will travel to each facility to create professional photo and video content while building and mentoring a network of facility-based Brand Ambassador who will help capture authentic day-to-day moments throughout the year.

The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, marketer, photographer, videographer, and coach. They enjoy creating engaging content, teaching others, and developing systems that ensure our brand remains active, authentic, and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Travel to Diamond Care Group locations to capture professional photography and videography.

  • Produce engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, websites, recruitment campaigns, advertising, and internal communications.

  • Capture authentic stories that highlight:

    • Resident success stories and rehabilitation journeys

    • Employee recognition and appreciation

    • Community events and outreach

    • Volunteer activities

    • Facility life and resident engagement

    • Educational healthcare topics

    • Career opportunities and workplace culture

    • Holiday celebrations and special events

  • Edit photos and videos into polished, engaging content.

  • Publish high-quality content that reflects the Diamond Care Group brand.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Develop and maintain a company-wide content calendar.

  • Collaborate with facility leadership to identify meaningful stories and marketing opportunities.

  • Support recruitment marketing by highlighting employee culture and career growth.

  • Help strengthen Diamond Care Group’s reputation through authentic storytelling.

  • Ensure all content complies with HIPAA, resident privacy requirements, consent policies, and company branding standards.

  • Stay current on social media trends and introduce innovative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.

  • Evaluate content effectiveness and recommend improvements based on analytics.

  • Develop creative campaigns to increase community awareness, employee engagement, and brand recognition.

Qualifications

  • Experience creating professional social media and marketing content.

  • Strong photography and videography skills.

  • Experience editing short- and long-form video content.

  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

  • Highly organized with strong project management and time management abilities.

  • Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently.

  • Ability to travel periodically between Diamond Care Group locations throughout Florida.

  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or employer branding is preferred but not required.
