Job Summary:

They are seeking an ICAM Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing projects related to access governance and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Plans, organizes, and coordinates the project lifecycle for technology infrastructure projects, including server, mainframe, storage, database, and network technology lifecycle management.
โ€ข Oversees projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and close-out. Establishes project requirements, priorities, and deadlines. Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete life-cycle of projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of solutions designed to meet the project requirements.
โ€ข Designs project plans which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.
โ€ข Manages the agreed scope of the organization's solution projects and provides innovative solutions to complex problems for the purpose of increasing the speed of development and change and of driving the achievement of business objectives. Coordinates solution planning for offerings, heads a solution team, utilizing strong technical leadership and ongoing coaching of direct reports.
โ€ข Oversees the development of solution roadmaps of the overall vision that underlies the projected solution, transforms that vision through execution into the solution, and assures projects meet the quality requirements. Establishes project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Nine (9) + years of experience in supporting Information Technology as a Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager.
โ€ข Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services for the areas of work contemplated in the PWS.
โ€ข Project management proficiency with the knowledge skills, tools and techniques required to implement the services comprised by the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL Foundation). A Project Management certification (such as PMP) is mandatory.
โ€ข Managing agile development teams and understanding how any enhancement, defect, or other request impacts the architecture of the application.
โ€ข Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering.
โ€ข US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Public Trust clearance
