Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Contract Recruiter job in High Point, NC! This is a fully on-site opportunity. In this role you will be supporting a high-volume manufacturing recruitment initiative. This role will focus on recruiting direct labor talent across multiple locations nationwide, including Operators, Process Technicians, and other production-related positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage a large requisition load, and has a proven track record recruiting within manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume recruiting workload of approximately 25 open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for direct labor manufacturing positions, including Operators, Process Technicians, and related production roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple sites throughout the United States.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offers through the hiring process.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill production positions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while driving efficient and timely hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting high-volume hourly and direct labor positions.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring teams nationwide.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour
