(U) Eight(8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. (U) In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted. (U) In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted. (U) Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred. (U) Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts. (U) Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus The proposed salary range for this position in Utah is 170,000 to 205,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
