Overview

JOB TITLE: Program Manager, Corporate & Incentive Travel

Description:

The Program Manager of Corporate and Incentive Travel is responsible for the autonomous execution of assigned corporate travel programs or large-scale incentive trips. This role independently manages planning, coordination, and delivery within established standards, budgets, and timelines, serving as the primary point of accountability for execution quality and outcomes. Under direction of the Senior Program Manager, this role may manage vendor contract negotiations and program design. The Program Manager operates without day-to-day oversight and is trusted to make decisions, manage vendors, resolve issues, and deliver successful travel programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate and group travel operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistently high service standards

  • Guide Coordinators and Specialists by setting priorities, managing workflows, and supporting effective communication

  • Drive the development, refinement, and adoption of standard operating procedures and operational best practices

  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, vendor performance, and operational efficiency

  • Partner with senior leadership to align travel programs with broader business goals and strategy

  • Support program planning, budgeting, and cross-functional initiatives across the organization

  • Manage escalations, mitigate risk, and make traveler-impacting decisions to protect program quality and outcomes

  • Travel is required for this role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong people leadership, advanced technical expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset

  • Effective coach and negotiator with strong relationship-building capabilities

  • Proficient in project management platforms and advanced analytics tools to drive operational insights

  • Capable of partnering with executive leadership, key stakeholders, and external vendors

Education and Certificates:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Certified Travel Counselor or Certified Travel Professional

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in program management, travel operations, or related fields

Pay Range: $100,000 - $137,000 based on experience. We also offer a 20% STI bonus!

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical Work Requirements - Light: exerting up to 15 lbs of force occasionally. 

  • Repetitive motion associated with operating various types of equipment. 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
