JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) (Senior Contracts Manager) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DoD - USACE) | U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District (USACE NWO) Area of Responsibility (AOR) Generally Located In CONUS - Ten (10) States: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming and across the Mid West Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior Contracts Manager | Environmental Management [USACE035040]

Serve as a member of The Engagement Team as "Key Management Personnel" and work to oversee contract negotiations; manage contract compliance; resolve contract disputes.  Contract Management Personnel and, more specifically, the Senior Contracts Manager (Key Management Personnel) shall be designated and trained within the organization to be responsible for overall Senior Contracts Management.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: a) Ensuring that all acquisition and contract management related to this contract (including, but not limited to, subcontracts, socioeconomic programs, field purchases, rental agreements, modifications) are performed in accordance with the FAR and contract requirements when administering cost reimbursement task orders; b) Where applicable, the Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to federal contract management and acquisition; c) A working knowledge of Government fiscal law and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Senior Contracts Manager | Environmental Management [USACE035040] (USACE035040) Candidates:

Extensive experience in contract management; knowledge of government contracting regulations. 

Minimum Qualifications. 

A college degree in business from an accredited university/college or accreditation through examination equivalent to a Certified Professions Contracts Manager through the National Contracts Management Association.

Demonstrated experience managing a cost reimbursement project/program.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

10+ years in contract management; certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) are beneficial. | Bachelor's in Business Administration, Law.

Skills Required

Skills Required: Negotiation, contract law, dispute resolution, risk management. | Professional Licensure: CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) or equivalent recommended.

Competencies Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program).  Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

Permits/Licenses:  Team ProSidian shall obtain permits and licenses necessary to conduct the work required by this contract, including, but not limited to, environmental permits, building permits, discharge permits, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) or state licenses for radiation activities, and Department of Transportation (DOT) permits for transport of Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) and Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) on public highways. Team ProSidian shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including Technical Bulletin TB 700-2, "Department Of Defense Ammunition And Explosives Hazard Classification Procedures," when transporting MEC.  Rights of entry on and off Government property may be required.
