Job description

We are seeking an accomplished Travel Program Manager to oversee a global travel management program within a dynamic operations environment. This individual will collaborate closely with colleagues across operations, procurement, and administrative functions to deliver innovative, efficient, and scalable travel solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize travel operations at scale, leveraging deep industry expertise to drive strategic initiatives and elevate service delivery.

What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day
  • Lead the strategic direction and daily management of the organization’s global travel program, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management with airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, and other travel partners.
  • Oversee administration of corporate credit card programs, ensure policy compliance, and develop and implement travel guidelines and best practices.
  • Benchmark and research market trends to support a hybrid workforce, automate booking and approval workflows, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and international counterparts to resolve travel‑related issues and continuously improve the traveler experience.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and 8+ years of experience in global travel management, ideally within large or complex organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, industry tools (e.g., Concur, Navan, Passkey, travel dashboards), and best practices in travel operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and T&E reporting and processing.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, adapt to evolving business needs, and maintain a customer‑focused approach in a fast‑paced environment.
