Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Charleston, WV, providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements
  • Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Current, unrestricted WV state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience with OASIS visits and home health documentation preferred.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform add-on evaluations as required by the client.
Assignment Details
  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Mondayโ€“Friday, 08:00โ€“16:00.
  • Weekly Hours: 40 (guarantee noted by client).
