Job description

CHESCO Services is accepting applications and/or letters requesting a transfer for the following position:
Residential Program Coordinator (Full-time) (Pee Dee Area) include working every other weekend. Supervises Residential Program house managers, staff and clients, pursuant to applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Development and implementation of a county based CTH II program for all families with SCDDSN eligible family members.  Development and implementation, including providing assistance/monitorship of CHESCO services residential individuals living in our CTH II Programs.  Provides 24-hour emergency coverage as needed.
 
PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in human services field; two years work in a human service field; preferably intellectual disabilities.
Acquire and maintain certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention).  Subject to annual TB test. Valid driver’s license from state of residence and ability to operate motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less.
Oversees Residential facilities day to day operations of, lawn crew, cleaning crew, and contracts with local businesses. Oversees all transportation coordination and reporting. Assures maintenance of necessary administration and client related records. Initiates plan amendments and addendums. Assists with identification of program goals, objectives, and training needs.  
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field
and two years experience in administration or supervision in the human services field or
master's degree in human services field, administration or related field from an
accredited college or university and one year experience in administration or
supervision.
