We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Management Administrator (MANA4) to support a large support services contract with the Naval Sea Systems Command.
Position Description: You will provide support to the Program and Deputy Program Manager of a 200-person contractor team that includes subcontractor personnel.
Work location and telework: The primary government worksite is the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. Contractors are expected to work on-site at the Navy Yard or in nearby office locations up to five (5) days per week. Telework may be permitted with customer approval and will depend on mission requirements and the development of working relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Administrative managers coordinate and support services to organizations. These workers manage the services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal. They also implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service. In addition, some administrative services managers acquire, distribute, and store supplies, while others dispose of surplus property or oversee the disposal of unclaimed property. They are responsible for coordinating the physical workplace with the people and work of an organization.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
You must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance and meet one of the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED and 20 years of relevant experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and/or Laser acquisition or program analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and/or Laser acquisition or program analysis.
  • Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and/or Laser acquisition or program analysis.

Either the combination of education and experience, listed above, qualifies for consideration.
Preferred / Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • ActiveSecret Clearance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Experience:
    • o Demonstrated knowledge of Navy/DOD policy and guidance
    • o Demonstrated knowledge of the Above Water Sensor/Lasers portfolio
    • o Experience collecting data and performing analysis
    • o Configuration management of historical program documentation
    • o Familiarity with key internal and external stakeholders

Travel Requirements:
  • Travel should be infrequent but include occasional trips to support government efforts at East and West Coast naval centric areas like Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA.
