Role Name: Transfer Program Manager
Location: Rockford, IL (Onsite)
Job Description
• The Transfer Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end industrial transfer activities from the Phoenix site to Safran network locations. This role ensures seamless execution of transfer programs by overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
• The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, operations, and external stakeholders such as Collins and Safran receiving sites, to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budget.
• Lead the OE Industrial transfer program
• Develop, manage, and track comprehensive project transfer schedules
• Participate in transfer factory governance meetings and provide regular status updates
• Establish, monitor, and control transfer budget and cost performance
• Act as the primary point of contact between Collins (sending site) and Safran receiving sites
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution
• Drive cross-functional coordination to meet transfer milestones and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to transfer processes
Skill Requirements
