Position Summary...We are seeking a Program Manager to drive international seller growth by ensuring global teams are aligned, informed, and effectively adopting key marketplace initiatives. This role will serve as a critical bridge between product, program, and regional teams, translating strategy into execution and ensuring international markets are fully integrated into our growth efforts

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive international marketplace seller growth by leading adoption of key programs and initiatives across regions
  • Partner with global stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that increase seller engagement and program adoption
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international seller growth teams, ensuring alignment with central product and program priorities
  • Collaborate closely with China account leads and regional teams to tailor and implement localized growth strategies
  • Translate global initiatives into region-specific execution plans, accounting for market nuances and seller needs
  • Partner with product and program teams to provide insights on international seller behavior, pain points, and opportunities
  • Establish feedback loops to inform product development and improve program effectiveness for diverse seller segments
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Stay informed on marketplace trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in global seller growth
