The Asset Integrity Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals to handle the physical integrity of a diverse asset base over a wide geographic area. The ability to handle both internal/external resources and demonstrate safety as a priority are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Performs day to day integrity activities for pipeline assets including: pipeline integrity management plans, corrosion control and internal inspection programs and pipeline inspection for business-critical assets
  • Coordinates workforce planning and career development activities for direct employees
  • Leads teams who design, implement and update programs/initiatives that improve asset integrity for the business units
  • Plans and programs regulatory compliance with a variety of regulatory agencies at state and federal levels
  • Performs risk studies, assessments, plans, analysis to assess and handle the physical risk of the assets
  • Supports due diligence, asset integration including performing corrosion control, direct assessment, hydro testing, and threat reviews & evaluations
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and minimum of eight (8) years of engineering, operations or related experience, minimum of five (5) years in pipeline integrity and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a lead project role(s)
Other Requirements:
  • Valid state driver's license with a good driving record
  • Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the upmost priority
  • Preferred: PE Certification
  • Preferred: Previous experience in OSHA PSM integrity programs
  • Preferred: Plant integrity/Mechanical Integrity experience
  • Preferred: Previous experience with off shore pipelines and platform integrity
