A REHAB DIRECTOR / Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus!

  • Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
  • Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
  • Provide physical therapy services as needed
  • Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
  • Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.

RATE RANGE: $45/hr - $52/hr
