You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire client on-boarding project for implementation, main contact for the client
  • Conduct the client benefit discussions with all parties and ensure client sign-off for their benefit intent forms
  • Coordinate efforts with internal departments for the creation of formulary, specialty products and pharmacy networks
  • Coordinate formulary/specialty disruption analysis for impacted membership
  • Work with Operations and Functional leaders to proactively identify implementation issues and drive their resolution
  • Facilitate meetings at various levels of the organization, including weekly management reviews
  • Monitor, track and report implementation status performance, internally and with the client
  • Identify implementation risks, implement a mitigation/action plan and drive improved outcomes, communicate to senior leadership
  • Ensure accuracy of plan updates and missed deliverables from all teams
  • Manage pre-implementation audits with the audit department and the client
  • Report on client status and issues at weekly leader meeting
  • Manage the implementation of pharmacy benefit plans for all direct business market types and all levels of complexity
  • Develop and present presentations for new business customer finalist presentations with Sales
  • Mentor other team members within implementations

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or experience managing complex projects with various stakeholders
  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word (Outlook - manage email/Excel - input data and run reports / Word - create and edit documents
  • Ability to travel up to 10% within the US

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in client facing environment
  • Solid experience influencing externally with soft power, driving cross-functional collaboration and negotiating win-win solutions
  • Ability to present to all levels of management and audiences
  • Proven ability to ascertain client needs through active listening skills, and consultatively work with clients to achieve business objectives
  • Proven effective skills for navigating and driving results across operations, network, and clinical domains in a highly complex, matrix environment
  • Proven excellent communication skills, oral and written

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
