Job Summary: 

We are hiring for Program Director and Associate Program Director roles as they are an integral part of the Consulting team by playing a key role by building effective client relationships and managing multiple complex Enterprise projects to completion. The roles both require up to 50% travel to client sites. 

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (Executive, Business and IT teams of clients) and internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations,  Consulting, Management) to be in control of desired business outcomes
  • Achieve strategic trusted-adviser level relationships with clients to create a win-win solution for clients and HighRadius, balancing interests to drive value and ROI for all
  • Understand the details of business processes and solutions related to order to cash to have effective conversation with external clients and provide guidance to internal teams
  • Manage internal project delivery team for timely completion of project, including activities such as developing project plans, estimations, defining scope, change management, negotiations, etc.
  • Build rapport as a true business partner by leveraging assertiveness and emotional intelligence to work positively with peers and executives to complete client needs
  • Manage client expectations, risks and project issues.  Triage client escalation while working with internal teams.
  • Anticipate and mitigate changes in scope, ensuring that project is delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Conduct and implement a balanced scope and change request process
  • Collaborate with a global client-services team consisting of Consultants, Solution Delivery Managers, and Project Managers on a daily basis to meet the client's needs
  • Work closely with our global product management team
  • Help to build and improve the implementation, training methodologies and the tools needed future implementations
  • Manage deliverables to achieve project and client goals; will be assigned 5-10 projects at any time
  • Be eager to learn and keep up to date on HighRadius products, capabilities, and new features
  • Travel on-site to teach the client how to use our SaaS system and facilitate testing (up to 20% travel)
What You'll Need to be Successful:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar quantitative fields.
  • Experience: 6-10+ years in software, consulting, professional services, or delivery management.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes (Cash Apps, Collections, Deductions) and general financial concepts.
  • Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with major ERPs (SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Workday) or SaaS/PaaS financial modules.
  • Core Skills: Proven ability in requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, and presentation/facilitation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, ability to negotiate and influence, and experience managing complex stakeholder matrices.
  • Execution: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipate risks, and adapt to changing schedules.
