Job description

To define program management strategy and provide direction for execution in alignment with the program objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs.
  • To manage program budget, operations & deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
  • To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisors/ CTO/ CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution
  • To establish, track & review KPI/Metrics and manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
  • To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidateโ€™s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
