Job description

Job Title

Location: Onsite-hybrid role located in Bloomington, Minnesota but the candidate would need to be able to travel to DigiKey's headquarters in Northern Minnesota, Thief River Falls. All travel expenses are covered and arranged by the client.

Contract: 12 months

Rate: $80/hr. CTC all inclusive

Visa: USC / GC

The candidates should have experience leading/managing large CRM (preferably Salesforce), or ERP implementations.

Must Have Skills:

· CRM ERP Implementation, Dashboard Project Health Reporting, Ability to navigate various stakeholders and desired outcomes against project goals.

· Data driven; outcome driven PM skilled based upon metrics (scorecards/heatmaps) with degree of risk analysis.

· PMP certificate is mandatory.

Nice to Have Skills:

· Data driven project management, focusing on CRM implementation. Strong ability to share and show project health to a cross-functional team, including all levels of stakeholders. Adherence to strict timelines with authoritative timeline driven outcomes.
