The Role:

DailyPay is seeking a forward-thinking, organized, results-driven Senior Implementation Manager to join our team. This individual will be a pivotal member of our implementation team, implementing new business and leading more complex integrations, as well as supporting re-implementations. The Senior Implementation Manager role will focus on our SMB & Enterprise business and will be responsible for managing the entire implementation from pre-sales support through post launch. Success in this role will rely on a combination of strong client and project management skills, technical proficiency, confidence, working with clients and C Suite stakeholders, and the ability to manage the details while seeing the bigger picture.We are looking for an out of the box thinker, who can execute a high volume of projects.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Lead new clients through our more complex implementations and support through a successful post launch handoff. This includes (but isn’t limited to): project and client management and leading the technical integration between DailyPay and 3rd party vendors

  • Manages technical and non technical stakeholders, as well as, ensure timely and accurate implementations holding both internal and external parties accountable

  • Perform comprehensive discovery and build robust documentation of the implementation requirements

  • Support re-implementations as required. This will include quality and on-time delivery, mitigating risk of operational loss, and reducing downtime

  • Serve as your clients internal advocate by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Client Success, and Implementation Controls

  • Work with product and other cross functional partners to support client projects as needed. This may include both proactively known requirements or uncovered requirements for new or improved functionality

  • Perform technical research to provide unique solutions for complex customer integrations

  • Flexible in an ever changing business environment with expanded volume and responsibility required at times to meet business needs

  • Provide technical mentorship, elevating team capabilities through knowledge sharing

  • Suggest new product features and functionality based on implementation experience and feedback from DailyPay customers

What You Bring to The Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Implementation of SaaS solutions or technical Client Success Manager

  • Experience working with demanding, high-stakes accounts, managing operational and C-level stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day needs to manage these relationships

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment

  • Excellent project and client management skills.

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills

  • Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT

  • Experience with sFTP automation and API builds (reviewing logs, troubleshooting, etc.)

  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

  • A strong ability to drive solutions on unknown systems, processes and workflows

  • Experience in early stage products, markets, and companies preferred

  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required

  • Experience with HCM, Payroll and Time Management Systems
