Job Summary:
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the operation of Rocket Fuel sites, ensuring that meal services run smoothly and safely. Youll manage a team of site monitors, handle customer service inquiries, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Additionally, you will help prepare meals for at-risk children and build weekend food bags for Title 1 schools in Anchorage.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Oversight and Compliance:

  1. Oversee daily CACFP operations at the site to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, according to ccrcinc.com.
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor program policies and procedures.
  3. Ensure the site meets cleanliness and safety standards.
  4. Guarantee that all meals meet CACFP meal pattern and quantity requirements for the age groups served.
  5. Maintain records of food safety procedures, sanitation inspections, and food worker cards for staff.
  6. Conduct required on-site reviews and ensure any identified problems are corrected.

Meal Service and Operations:

  1. Oversee food service operations and meal service practices.
  2. Ensure proper meal preparation, storage, and service practices.
  3. Maintain organized record-keeping systems for menus, recipes, meal logs, and dietary restrictions.
  4. Develop shopping lists and manage procurement of food and supplies within a budget.
