You'll build partnerships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and referral organizations while helping eligible individuals gain access to life-changing communication technology.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys developing relationships, managing a territory, working independently, and earning performance-based incentives while making a meaningful impact in their community.
Job Summary
Territory Sales & Account Management
  • Develop and grow your assigned territory through relationship-based outreach and lead generation
  • Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, hearing care providers, senior living communities, VA organizations, and other community partners
  • Manage and expand existing provider and referral accounts
  • Generate new customer opportunities through presentations, events, networking, and in-person visits
  • Increase awareness and adoption of CaptionCall services throughout your territory

This position offers the opportunity to combine sales, relationship management, and hands-on field support in a role that directly improves people's lives.
Pay & Compensation

    • Performance-based incentive opportunities provide strong earning potential, with top performers capable of achieving six-figure total compensation.
  • Mileage reimbursement: For all business travel using your personal vehicle
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays
  • 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Career development and advancement opportunities

What You Bring
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a local territory
  • Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting and device installation

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license with reliable, insured personal vehicle
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory (50-75%)

  • Basic computer and CRM skills
  • Experience in outside sales, account management, community outreach, healthcare sales, or field-based customer service preferred not required
  • Experience working with seniors or healthcare providers is a plus
