Task Order Program Manager (Senior)

Overview
The Task Order Program Manager (Senior) is responsible for providing overall leadership, direction, and execution oversight for assigned task orders. This role ensures successful delivery of program objectives in support of acquisition and integration efforts within a Program Executive Office (PEO) or Program Management Warfare (PMW) environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide full lifecycle program management oversight, ensuring all contractual requirements, deliverables, and performance objectives are met.ย 
  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and control of task order activities across multiple functional areas.ย 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders, including PEO/PMW leadership.ย 
  • Manage cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring alignment with acquisition strategies and mission priorities.ย 
  • Oversee risk management activities, including identification, mitigation, and reporting of program risks and issues.ย 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring integration across engineering, logistics, financial, and operational domains.ย 
  • Develop and deliver executive-level briefings, reports, and program updates.ย 
  • Ensure compliance with DoD policies, acquisition frameworks, and contractual requirements.ย 
  • Mentor and guide program staff to ensure high performance and professional development.ย 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.ย 
  • Minimum of 15 years of managerial experience, including at least 5 years supporting acquisition or integration programs within a PEO/PMW environment.ย 
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex Government programs or task orders.ย 
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.ย 
  • Excellent oral, written, and briefing communication skills.ย 
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with senior Government and contractor personnel.ย 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.ย 
  • Secret Clearance required.
