AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family!

We are searching for a Licensed Director of Nursing (DON) who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall clinical management of the facility.

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):

  • Valid Texas RN License.


  • Valid CPR Certification.


  • Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.


  • Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
