  • 15+ years managing extensive, multi-disciplinary engineering or capital programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership of $200M+ portfolios (public sector preferred).
  • PMP required (PMI)
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) strongly preferred
  • Proven experience overseeing water/wastewater or utility infrastructure programs.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating with state/federal regulatory entities.
  • Experience leading PMOs with 20+ staff.
  • Strong documentation, governance, and QA/QC discipline.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and reporting abilities.
