Position Summary:
The WeCARE Program Director is responsible for overseeing all WeCARE operations for the Manhattan/Staten Island WeCARE contract. The Program Director is responsible for maintaining relationships with the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) and program partners while ensuring that contracted performance and quality of services meets or exceeds contractual goals and expectations.
What You'll Do:
Establish effective management and financial systems and controls to monitor and evaluate performance and financial outcomes, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and billing milestones, and achieve high quality service delivery.
Represent the organization to the public and liaise with program funders, government officials, stakeholders, and other outside constituents.
You'll be a Great Fit For this Role If:
Advanced Degree from an accredited school in Public Policy, Health Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Services, Non-profit Management or other related management or professional discipline.
Experience working with Case Assistance/TANF recipients, the homeless, formerly incarcerated people, and those affected by the challenges associated with poverty with an emphasis in medical and mental health as well as substance use disorder. Or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
Compensation
$140,000-$150,000
