Mentors and coaches staff on complex policies, procedures, protocols, educational programs, and strategic best practices. Leads implementation of strategic innovation initiatives in care delivery models and workflows to drive future success. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and drive long-term strategic objectives. Implements policies, procedures, and standards while providing recommendations for improvement to drive future organizational strategic success.
