Job description

U.S. Physiatry is seeking a dedicated Program Director to provide patient care at an inpatient facility in Augusta, GA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to join a national group of physiatrists committed to excellence in rehabilitation. The role provides a choice between independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay models, supported by an experienced physical medicine physician leadership team.

  • Stable practices anchored with inpatient rehab and supplemented with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC

Responsibilities

  • Providing patient care at an inpatient facility

Compensation

  • Independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay model choice
  • Base salary of $275,000 - $325,000 yearly
  • Monthly productivity bonus (no income cap)
  • No practice overhead
