Job Description

The Department: Invesco’s Global Transformation Office, part of the Corporate Finance & Strategy group, serves as the firm’s center of excellence for planning and executing large-scale enterprise priorities. The team leads cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives, supports major M&A integrations, and drives transformational changes to the firm’s operating model and technology platforms.

The Role

As a Senior Director in the Enterprise Transformation Office, you will partner closely with executive and senior leadership to lead the delivery of Invesco’s enterprise AI transformation program. This includes coordinating across teams responsible for a portfolio of AI initiatives, such as workflow redesign, employee-facing AI tool deployment, and enterprise-wide AI acceleration programs. You will operate at the center of cross‑functional execution, ensuring strong alignment, transparency, and disciplined delivery across initiatives.

In this role, you will support executive sponsors and guide project leaders to successfully deliver high‑impact AI programs, against project scope on time and within budget.

Responsibilities of the Role
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery management of the enterprise AI transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and the firm’s target operating model
  • Establish and manage program governance structures, including executive steering committees, program reporting, KPIs, risk tracking (RAID), and project frameworks
  • Oversee workflow and process redesign to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee deployment of employee‑facing AI tools and desktop capabilities
  • Oversee rapid pilots and scaled implementation of high‑value AI use cases
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, including timelines, cross‑project dependencies, and key delivery milestones
  • Drive cross‑functional coordination across diverse global teams and partners to ensure aligned execution
  • Deliver clear, executive‑level reporting on program status, key risks, decisions, and milestone progress
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, including those unique to AI such as data quality, security, compliance, and user adoption
  • Manage program financials and resourcing, including 3rd party delivery management, in close partnership with Finance and Procurement
  • Ensure adherence to governance, regulatory, and control requirements across all initiatives
Requirements of the Role
  • 8–12+ years of program / transformation delivery experience
  • Proven delivery of enterprise‑scale technology or transformation initiatives
  • Experience delivering AI / advanced analytics programs or pilots
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and employee productivity enablement
  • Strong stakeholder management across senior business and technology leaders
  • Experience managing complex, multi‑workstream programs
  • Strong knowledge of program management and delivery methodologies (PGM, PMP, Agile, SAFe, etc.), PGM certification strongly preferred
  • Ability to create executive‑ready materials and communications
  • Experience working in global, cross‑functional environments
  • Financial services experience preferred (asset management a plus)
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs (capabilities, risks, use cases)
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles
  • Ability to provide input on AI use case prioritization and value tracking
  • Experience enabling process reimagination and adoption at scale
