Key Responsibilities
  • The Programs and Production Development Manager is responsible for collaborating with shoreside and shipboard leadership to streamline the launch of new experiences and products. They design and deliver tailored training programs and workshops for onboard teams, including leadership, cruise staff, and production staff. They provide constructive feedback on launch experiences and create measurable improvement plans to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • The Programs and Production Development Manager addresses and resolves initial issues during the launch of Programs and Production Development initiatives, ensuring adherence to Policies and Procedures. They conduct audits of revenue-generating experiences to identify improvement opportunities and regularly report launch outcomes to shoreside executives.
  • The Programs and Production Development Manager mentors and coaches onboard staff to build confidence and consistency in program delivery. They assess individual and team performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for skill development. They collaborate with shoreside management to create continuous learning resources and development plans for onboard teams.
  • The Programs and Production Development Manager oversees the setup, staging, and execution of entertainment programs, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks and are ready for guest interaction. They conduct regular audits of onboard programs to confirm compliance with company Policies and Procedures. They collaborate with shipboard teams to optimize the timing and flow of programs, gather feedback from guests and crew, and track and evaluate the performance of revenue-generating programs to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
