AAA Electrical Contractors Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager - Electrical Services to join our team in a full-time position. In this dynamic role, youll be the face of AAA Electric - developing new business, strengthening client relationships and driving growth across our Service, Residential Construction and Commercial Construction Divisions. Youll collaborate with our Service Manager to provide light estimating and proposal support for service projects. For new construction opportunities in our Residential and Commercial Construction Divisions, youll be fully backed by our in-house estimating team - leaving you free to focus on building relationships and closing the deal!

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients across service and new construction projects.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

  • Perform job site visits and client consultations to assess scope of work.

  • Follow up on open quotes and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.

  • Track leads, proposals, and client communications in CRM tools.

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales and/or business development experience preferably in electrical contracting sales or a similar technical role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through and organizational habits.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

  • Valid Florida Drivers License with a clean driving record.
