Logan Health Medical Center, located in the heart of Montana's beautiful Flathead Valley, is seeking a skilled and motivated Hem/Onc Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing hospitalist team. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide highquality inpatient care in a supportive, collaborative, and forwardthinking environment.

Position Overview

The Hem/Onc APP Hospitalist will work closely with our oncology physicians, inpatient hospitalist team, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary cancer care program to deliver compassionate, evidencebased care to adult inpatient oncology patients. This role focuses on continuity, coordination, and clinical excellence within a nationally recognized regional medical center.

What You'll Do

  • 7 on / 7off schedule with night call (nights by phone only)
  • Monday - Friday Symptom Support clinic giving same-day access to established hem/onc patients
  • Daily rounding, ongoing patient management, and discharges for hospitalized hem/onc patients
  • Collaborate with oncology physicians and the inpatient hospitalist service
  • Assist with care planning, symptom management, and supportive therapies
  • Participate in coordination of care with outpatient cancer services
  • Contribute to quality initiatives and program development

What We're Looking For

  • NP or PA with current Montana licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in Hematology/Oncology or Hospital Medicine preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teambased care skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patientcentered care
