Job Scope:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our cell and gene therapy-related product portfolio across US.
This role is ideal for a results-driven, self-motivated professional with a strong industry network and deep understanding of the cell and gene therapy (CGT) ecosystem. The candidate should be passionate about enabling customer success and capable of translating technical knowledge into commercial opportunities.

This position can be based remotely anywhere in the United States, but should be expected to travel. The estimated base salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 and is dependent upon experience level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and sales activities across US for cell and gene therapy-related products and solutions
  • Develop and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including biotech companies, CDMOs, academic institutions, and core facilities
  • Leverage existing network to identify new opportunities and accelerate business growth
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers by understanding their technical needs and aligning solutions accordingly
  • Drive strategic account development and manage complex sales cycles
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or above in Life Sciences, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related fields
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the life sciences or biopharma industry
  • Strong experience in cell therapy or related fields
  • Deep familiarity with the US biotech landscape and core facility ecosystem
  • Proven track record of building and leveraging industry networks to drive business outcomes
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end cell therapy workflows
  • Ability to understand customer processes and translate technical requirements into business opportunities
  • Experience interacting with process development, manufacturing, and translational teams
  • Experience with cell therapy manufacturing-related products, reagents, or tools is highly desirable
