As the Business Development Manager of our Pre-Owned Inventory, you'll play a key role in relationship management, business development, strategic marketing, and team leadership in a passion-driven industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with trade-in partners, delivering white-glove service through our online value guide system.
  • Value golf equipment for customers with professionalism and care.
  • Source new trade-in partnerships with golf courses, golf professionals, and golf companies.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to grow the business with new and existing customers.
  • Lead, coach, and set clear KPIs for a team; personally call on customers and instill this habit across the team.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a service industry role.
  • Strong knowledge of golf and golf equipment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a business and identify new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage customers directly by phone.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and collaborate with a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness and ability to work hand in hand with AI tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
