Job description

GARNEY

Business Development Coordinator position is available at Garney. Join the Business Development team as the go-to administrative partner who keeps meetings tight, travel smooth, expenses accurate, and information organized. Your work helps the team operate efficiently and support company growth and our ESOP mission. This role is not remote and is Monday-Friday.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Prepare, review, and submit expense reports for the entire BD team
  • Assist with budget tracking and basic financial record keeping
  • Build agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and distribute timely follow-ups
  • Coordinate travel and hotel bookings for conferences and events
  • Organize internal BD meetings (room setup, meals, schedules)
  • Maintain organized digital files and support smooth team operations across tools and systems
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Prior administrative experience (expense reporting or financial tracking experience is a plus; 3+ years preferred)
  • Strong organization and time management, rigorous attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with a professional, team-oriented mindset
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; exposure to Emburse Enterprise, Spectrum, and Power BI is a plus
