About Us:
Prosperity Training Center is a certified Nurse Assistant Training Program (NATP) committed to empowering students through quality education and skilled instruction. We are seeking a dedicated Program Administrator to help lead and support our staff, students, and ongoing program goals.

Position: Program Administrator

Type: Full-Time | Reports To: Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions for all staff and instructors.

  • Create, monitor, and update the organizational chart annually or as needed.

  • Develop and maintain an instructor monitoring checklist aligned with regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, logistics, events, meetings, and internal policy execution.

  • Resolve conflicts and address operational issues as they arise.

  • Train, support, and guide staff and instructors in their professional roles.

  • Provide counseling and support to students as needed.

  • Serve as the main point of communication for students, parents, regulatory bodies, and the community.

  • Collaborate in the development and enhancement of the school’s curriculum.

  • Generate invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, student data, and compliance documentation.

  • Oversee and maintain the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

  • Work with content creators to produce engaging materials for the website and social media platforms.

  • Coordinate and distribute approved marketing materials throughout the community.

  • Assist in hiring, recruiting, and onboarding of new instructors.

  • Support ongoing program development, collaborate with approved training programs across multiple states, and contribute to strategic growth and market expansion.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (preferred, not required)

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with learning management systems (LRM software)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Background in education, workforce training, or marketing a plus

  • Visionary mindset with a focus on quality, compliance, and growth
